Joint Lecture Activity between the Master of Management Program and International Business Study Network (IBSN) Odd Semester 2024/2025

In a significant move towards curriculum internationalization, the Master of Management (MM) Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, organized joint lectures with students from the International Business Studies Network (IBSN), Germany. The sessions were held at the BH Building, Sudirman Campus, on October 16, 2024, and November 21, 2025.

Guided by lecturer Dr. Ni Made Asti Aksari, this collaboration brought together 50 MM Udayana students and 9 students from Germany. The lectures focused on strategic courses, including Multinational Services Marketing, Alternative Tourism Business, and Strategic Marketing Management.

Through group discussions and real-world case studies, students from both countries shared perspectives on differing managerial challenges in Indonesia and Germany. Beyond academic enrichment, the activity served as a platform to develop intercultural communication and cross-border collaboration skills, which are essential in the global market.

Participants provided positive feedback on the initiative, noting its effectiveness in providing a cross-cultural learning experience and preparing students for the dynamics of the international service and tourism sectors.
