To strengthen global managerial capabilities, the Magister Manajemen Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, organized a collaborative lecture with students from the International Business Studies Network (IBSN), Germany. The event was held at the BI Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, on Wednesday (October 15, 2025).

This joint class brought together students of the Strategic Human Resource Management course from the Magister Management Program and students of the Intercultural Leadership course from the IBSN program. Under the guidance of lecturer Dr. Dra. I Gusti Ayu Manuati Dewi, MA, 22 local students and 8 German students actively engaged in intensive discussions and case study analyses.

In addition to enriching global managerial understanding, students had the opportunity to hone international communication skills and solve real-world problems within the cultural diversity of the global labor market.

This initiative is part of the Magister Management Study Program's commitment to curriculum internationalization. Through this direct interaction, students are expected to gain the necessary competencies to lead in an increasingly complex and competitive global business environment.
